We helped Lisa and her family with live streaming from the Church to the Church hall with our Large SuperBRIGHT outdoor TV. Because the Church hall was over a few busy road junctions we could not cable so we used our wireless transmission system to broadcast to the TV in the Hall. We helped over 50 people in the Church Hall watching. We had so many positive comments as the mourners left the hall. We can have the outdoor TV in the Church yard, in a barn or Hall along the road. Its weather resistant and over 3 x brighter than normal TVs so can been seen brilliantly in Marquees and outside.

With the below we helped Philip with live streaming & recording his mothers funeral. We had 3 cameras in total, 1 inside and 2 outside for the cortege arrivals and departure. We were setting up and live streaming just as storm Eunice was at its peak. We were 100 meters from the sea so we felt the full force with bits of trees and sea water flying across the Church. Our wireless outdoor cameras were solid and the live streaming & recording went perfectly. We love helping families. This was an exceptional challenge. Such a lovely family.

Thank you for doing an excellent job at my mother's funeral. You managed to record the music and the service of thanksgiving at the height of Storm Eunice. At one point on our way down the M3 that morning seeing the debris flying all over the road, we were not sure whether the interment will go ahead. But with a break in the storm around lunchtime, it did take place.

I have sent the video link to friends and relatives in US, Canada, and Hong Kong. Some who watched it either by live stream or the video said it was the simple beauty of the service of thanksgiving, rustic setting of the church with the moving hymns and music, all complemented by the flowers tributes you have recorded at the end.

The filming was so discrete, quiet and still that it in no way intruded on us and I gather that it was of very high quality - people felt that they were really participating. We helped Charlie and we travelled over to Cheltenham. Of course a very sad occasion but the family knew there would be a big turn out of mourners. They needed the best in the business to help.

A few days before we done a site visit to plan, then for the day we streamed the cortege arrivals, then streamed the service in the Church then streamed the departure and the burial just over the road.

We also had a large SuperBRIGHT outdoor TV in the back garden where they had another 300ish maybe more mourners watching and listening. It all went very successfully and we are pleased we were lucky enough to help Charlie and his amazing family. Bless them for their loss. x

 Thank you so much for all your help arranging the recording, live stream and outdoor screen for David's funeral on July 20th.  You were brilliant and it was so great to have you there to help.  

 For our funeral held in a small old village church, we had the main service videoed, with a ‘live stream’ showing on a large high bright outdoor screen in the next door garden and the funeral was live streamed on Vimeo across the world.    

 It was a logistical juggle but it worked perfectly thanks to the efficiency and experience of Darren and the team.   It also helped reassure us that the funeral would not be a Covid 19 super spreader event. 

We had 90 people watching the funeral outside who were able to join in with hymns but outside in the fresh air and 80 friends, colleague and family joining online from Argentina, USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, France, Spain and from many in the UK who could not travel and many in Oxford who were shielding, were at work at the hospital or  had been "pinged".  The video meant all our friends and family could share in this day even though they could not be there in person.   

 Our friends joining online told us the connection was great, there were no connection issues and the video streaming was high quality. 

After the funeral, Darren shared a link of the recording on vimeo which we could share, which was so helpful, not only for those who had missed it but also for those who were there on the day but wanted to see it again. 

 Darren was brilliant to work with.  He was efficient, helpful, responsive and importantly very kind, patient and encouraging.  He was very clear and logical when discussing funeral plans, and explained things clearly.   

 I work in tech, and I have arranged a number of live and virtual events over the years,  with all sorts of tech platforms and video provision but Darren impressed me and I would work with him again without a  moment's hesitation.  Some other providers want to waffle on about the tech, or the streaming speed, or the problems with the set up and how difficult it all is because of the weather but there was none of that with Darren, he was there to do the job and make it possible and deliver a great service, which is exactly what you need for a virtual funeral.  

 If you need someone to video and stream your funeral don't hesitate to work with Darren, you will not be disappointed.

I want to thank you once again for being able to be available and do the wonderful job you did. I am so happy that you were able to capture the service especially compared to when I saw the webcam facility from the chapel which wasn't good. People commented on your work and knowing a bit about videography your moments to choose to pan, to stay still and to go close were perfection.

In the lead up to the service, I had to turn down hundreds of people who wanted to come line the street or to the service. So, I am glad you captured this for them. People deserve better than these webcams at the places that aren't very good.

We were asked to live stream at a hospital of the cortege arrival and all the doctors and nurses letting off balloons and saying some readings for a young doctor who had sadly died. We then streamed at South London Crematorium

We wanted to do this for our son in Hong Kong and family in north wales, but it soon became clear that many, many people both locally and further afield wanted to be part of the service too.  I haven’t felt up to looking at the video properly but I have downloaded for safekeeping. And I have a few family members who couldn’t make it who would like to see it.

The feedback I have received from those who tuned in has been very positive. Feeling that they could be there in spirit if not in person.

It was even commented about how lovely it was to watch the leaves moving in the wind and hear the British birdsong in the quintessentially English graveyard while they waited at the beginning (as there was a bit of a delay starting due to the gravediggers etc).  Friend in Singapore told me the signal and sound was perfect and that they could hear everything clearly.

On a personal note, I thought you were very discreet and unobtrusive, I was almost completely unaware of your presence. Thank you.

We used Darren’s company to live stream my mum’s funeral and would recommend his services to everyone. Every query we had before the day was responded to incredibly quickly and on the day itself Darren was professional, discreet and very well prepared - especially with incredibly tight turnaround times between funerals given by the crematorium. It was incredibly important to me to get the live stream right as my brother was joining us from America and both he, and others watching live in the UK have all said how clear the picture and sound quality was. The recorded version is also amazing quality and has meant that many more people than could attend in person have all been able to be part of our goodbye to mum. Darren got exactly the detail we wanted, and the finished recording feels very respectful and unobtrusive. I highly recommend his services - Darren was very reassuring during a very difficult time.

Darren was professional, well prepared, discreet, and courteous throughout. He handled the concerns of my family well and had the equipment to produce clear video and audio in an outside environment with a lot of background noise, while taking the mourners sensitivities into account. I was unsure that cellular coverage would be adequate for streaming through a hotspot, but Darren explained he uses cellular bonding with 4 UK carriers to get the best performance. In the event, the streaming worked fine and was shared by family inside and outside the UK.

Thank you so much for the truly excellent way you handled the live-streaming and video-recording of Mums funeral last Friday. It was so reassuring to arrive at the crematorium and find you already set up to go, and to know that this side of things was in capable hands. The quality of the livestream was excellent, and we find that over 50 people have already watched it, with others requesting the link to the recording. As only 8 of us could be in the congregation, this is a great boon - not least for Lucys son who lives in America and could not be with us. We have received many appreciative comments. Darren is a complete professional, with very little notice he captured a small intimate service for my mother that was live streamed for the benefit of family in the crematorium garden on their phones, my brother and his family in New Zealand and other family members in Canada.
